Michael Toussaint - architect Lecturer Architecture Theory, Faculty of Architecture UTL, Lisbon

Born in Luanda, Angola, 1946

Michel Toussaint is teacher of Architecture Theory in the Faculty of Architecture UTL, Lisbon.

He wrote many articles and essays on Architecture published in architectural reviews, catalogues, books and other publications.

He was member of juries of some of the most important architectural prizes in Portugal.
Michel Toussaint gave lectures in Portugal and abroad.

He was director, for some years, of the Jornal Arquitectos (review of the Ordem dos Arquitectos) and was or is member of editorial board of some architectural reviews.

He participated in the organization of several events about Architecture as the "Trienal de Sintra", architectural prizes, exhibitions or conferences meetings, etc.

Michel Toussaint has been member of direction boards of Ordem dos Arquitectos (Portuguese Institute of Architects) .
