Jan Peter Wingender (1965) is architect and partner at Wingender Hovenier Architects.
From its start the office has been engaged in research, architectural design and urban master planning.

In its projects during attention by the office is devoted to materials and their relation to the tectonic expression of buildings.

Wingender has been tutor and visiting critic at various European schools of architecture and is currently head of the architecture department of the Amsterdam Academy.
