Phase 2 of this €320 million project comprising the relocation and expansion of Temple Street Hospital on the site of the Mater Misericordiae Hospital and a major upgrade of the Mater Hospital facilities. This phase includes the entire Children’s Hospital development, the Main Entrance Concourse and new ward accommodation for the Adult Hospital as well as an 800 space two storey basement car park.

- Hostel Building and Centre for Nurse Education, Mater & Children’s Hospital Development, Dublin
The Hostel Building Houses an entrance concourse, canteen and medical on-call rooms and has been designed for conversion to a fully residential Hostel and Medical Residence Building on completion of the overall redevelopment. The Centre for Nurse Education comprises teaching and student facilities, library and office areas and is designed for future use as an Administration Building.
